Services and Pricing
Service details: Detailed descriptions of our services and their corresponding prices are available on our website. You must have 40% of your lashes remaining for it to be considered a refill. In addition, clean lashes are required and clients shouldn’t have any left-over glue or mascara.
Payment: Cash payments are preferred. A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and the full payment is due at the time of service.
Appointment Scheduling
Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Not doing so will result in having to resend a new deposit for future appointments. This also applies to rescheduling your appointment more than once. No-shows will be restricted from booking in the future. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled.
Studio Etiquette
Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. If you are running late, please let us know. Once you arrive, come to the gate of the backyard door located on the driveway and message me.
Guests: Due to limited space, we request that only clients receiving services be present during appointments.
